By now, we’re all familiar with the concept of Big Data. We are now talking about web traffic in terms of petabytes, exabytes and zettabytes – truly incredible numbers. I think digital officers have enough web data to mine right now, let alone integrating that data into a customer data warehouse – we have plenty to do, to say the least.
